These Terms govern your use of Happy Insights websites, content, coaching and consulting services. Please read them before booking or purchasing. A signed client agreement or checkout terms may add service specific details; if they conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that service.

Happy Insights is a coaching and consulting business based at 1343 S. Rimpau Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90019. Contact us at [email protected]. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Happy Insights.
Eligibility and use
You must be at least 18 to purchase services or submit a booking unless a parent or legal guardian has separately arranged and authorized the service. Provide accurate contact and booking information. You may use our website and materials only for lawful personal purposes and may not interfere with their operation or copy or distribute our materials without permission.
Nature of coaching and consulting
Coaching and consulting provide education, reflection, and practical guidance. They do not constitute psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of a particular result. You remain responsible for your choices and should consult an appropriately licensed professional for issues requiring one. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
Bookings payments and changes
The price, scope, duration, payment schedule, cancellation window, rescheduling rules, no show fees, and refund terms for a particular service are those shown at checkout or in a separate written client agreement when you purchase or book. Review them before confirming. We may reschedule a session for illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control and will offer a reasonable alternative or refund an undelivered prepaid session if no alternative is agreed. We do not impose an unspecified fee or a blanket no refund rule through these Terms.
Sessions and participation
You are responsible for a suitable private location, reliable connection for remote sessions, and your participation. Please do not record a session without everyone's prior consent. We may decline or end a session for abusive conduct, threats, or serious disruption; any payment consequences remain subject to your applicable booking or client agreement and law.
SMS appointment reminders
If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive appointment texts, Happy Insights may send service related SMS messages about appointments, scheduling, and upcoming meetings. Frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Consent to these texts is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment; contact us to change a booking. Marketing texts, if ever offered, require a separate consent where required. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in our website, courses, recordings, worksheets, and other materials we provide. Your purchase grants a limited, personal, nontransferable right to use materials for your own learning, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise. Do not reproduce, sell, publish, or share them without written permission. You retain rights in materials you provide to us.
Testimonials and results
Examples and testimonials describe individual experiences. Outcomes vary and depend on circumstances and participation. We do not promise specific personal, relationship, career, or financial outcomes.
Third party services and links
Booking, payment, video meeting, messaging, and linked websites may be provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or availability of independent sites, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, our website and general informational content are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Any further liability limits must be set out in an applicable service agreement and comply with law.
Changes disputes and governing law
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes to an existing purchase will not retroactively alter material agreed terms without an appropriate agreement. California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict of laws rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Before formal proceedings, please contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue. Courts with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California may hear disputes, subject to applicable law.
